I had a ~4 year pause myself but have been working on ISR again since January. I hope you like the additions and improvements.

Could you be persuaded to do a Norwegian translation?

FYI, Croatian and Serbian are very much alike, you can use my Croatian translation for both, no real difference. Also, I can give a hand with the Italian translation if Snail is too busy - give me a buzz if you need it.

My main is bokmål, but I live in a part of norway where you can choose what class the kids go to; Bokmål or Nynorsk... Not gonna say what I think about having two written languages, but... Bokmål it is

Done the mainpart of them now, some of the remaining ones I'm unsure of what is called in norwegian myself... Its also much easier to translate when I see it in use, so maybe when they are inluded I will have to change some.

Our two languages are VERY VERY alike, I presume that in OTTD case they would differ in less than 10 words alltogether (i.e. the "train" isn't "vlak" but "voz" - Gee, what a huge difference... ).

If you ask me, just copy the Croatian file into the Serbian one and that would be it.

I've done just that. If you're happy with it being a direct copy that's fine by me. We'll leave it at that, unless any Serbian players think otherwise.

Thanks Trond, that was quick. I've added your translation to ISR. If you want to have a look to help you complete the translation, the latest build is here (indstatr.tar.zip). This version (r284) is compatible with savegames made with v0.9.1.

I am hoping to release v0.9.2 soon, so r284 is effectively v0.9.2 beta.

would it be possible to make avalaible those "bridges", but with high sides, as single tiles ? I really like the "new" goods station but i also like to customize it

and since i m at it, i think all the tiles avalaible in that great goods station would be great to have as single tiles too, for more customization


and one thing i spotted in previous release and on R284, there is no electric cable over the road crossing (see other screenie)

I agree it would be good to have individual freight station tiles. In fact, when I added the freight station I coded the sprites so they could easily be reused. So adding individual tiles would be quite straightforward. I have added this to my todo list.

The gap in the wire over the road crossing is intentional. Having wires over the crossings looked wrong when there is a crane on the crossing, as used on the wood station. So I removed the wires due to safety concerns.

While we're on the requesting end, I'll toss in one: I'd like a tile with fences, so I could fence in my stations and industry... So many petty thiefs around these days, not even my sawmill is safe...

Other than that, I have already done a few changes to the translation and translated a few words I didnt figure out earlier. Only 3 more to go, and hopefully I will figure these out aswell. Not all stationtiles are available yet, as my game is only 1954...

I wouldn't mind seeing an auto-fence option, like on some other sets. If the tile is next to bare ground, build a fence around it automatically, otherwise if it's touching a station, industry, rail or road, don't build it. If that's not really feasible, then it's okay. We already have DWE Fences and VAST Fences available.

Auto would ofcourse be awesome. So there are sets with fences in, great ... But then again, that would mean starting a new game and downloading yet more grf's, would be easier to have them in the stationset I do use, hehe

While ISR is on my must-have-list as well, I recommend to really have a look at those two mentioned NewObject sets. DWE and VAST objects are really worth adding to the list in future games of yours.

That was the first I did after posting here earlier: downloaded DWE and VAST for my future games

I did use the fences that comes in the ISR/DWE pack, and it isnt half bad, but it looks a bit like the low white gardenfences used around here. No problem jumping those, as they are only 50cm high... So the theft from my warehouse continues
