There is allready locomod.
With that you can place new vehicles in your savegame.
With the mod "Fund Industries"you can ad industries in the game during playing.

The included scenario editor can do most of what you speak of. Give it a try, it is the last icon on the main screen (the globe with the grid on it).

From here, you can open any scenario, grow towns (click on the name, and expand town will be an option), you can add entire regions stock, or add individual industries or vehicles.

Give it a try.

You can't.
On the moment only vehicles with Locomod.
With "Founding Industries"made by Loewe13, you can place all kind of industries.
I think that removing things will be never possible.

As said.
Can't remove anything, only add with Locomod.
Otherwise crash of game.

you can set the city size in the scenerio editor to small.
otherwise just bulldoze the towns. in game  they grow back.

yeah, they do. But if you have low city-rating you´ll need to plant some trees nearby, fast way to increase rating ;)

But here it is anyway http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php? ... =autopause , the download is at the bottom of the first post.
