Climate Request

would someone be able to make me a southern new york climate? or atleast tell me how i'd go about making a custom climate?

well we cant have rain if that's what you mean :lol:

but i dont really both with climate... i dont see the difference

I've never made a climate, but I think that they're held in clim*.dat files in the objdata directory. I don't know if they link into the regions, though.

Unless anyone has any more specific info, it may be worth running one of the existing files through locotool to see if you can make any sense of it (I don't know if there's any wiki info on climates).

for the wiki..

someone had the good idea to look at google's cache.. so if someone is still interested..
i did all models/renderings/textures myself. no conversions.

seelenquell.pytalhost.com has been reactivated from 16/07/28 till 18/05/31.. now it´s deactivated. at least there..

speaking about climate is there any way to make it appear like it has snowed with out raising the land?

Yes start building a scenario on a high level when generating a new map.
I think you can go to level 28 or something.

another case of realism gone annoying(computers do have a mute button)
or i beleive that their's an option to disable sfx if it really pisses u off that much :wink:
