would someone be able to make me a southern new york climate? or atleast tell me how i'd go about making a custom climate?

well we cant have rain if that's what you mean

but i dont really both with climate... i dont see the difference

I've never made a climate, but I think that they're held in clim*.dat files in the objdata directory. I don't know if they link into the regions, though.

Unless anyone has any more specific info, it may be worth running one of the existing files through locotool to see if you can make any sense of it (I don't know if there's any wiki info on climates).

I'm currently asking steve if we (ami) can host the wiki i have for the time being til its up again, and if your looking for more info on the climates then im afraid thats all there is

Yes start building a scenario on a high level when generating a new map.
I think you can go to level 28 or something.

or i beleive that their's an option to disable sfx if it really pisses u off that much
