Just beautiful Oskar ... It'll fit right in with any set. :D
If its a tubular replacement I guess we'll have to wait until a game reaches about 2000 to see it?

btw ... I like that station roof too. :D Did I miss it in one of the sets? Am I behind in my downloads?

True.

The problem to be future proof for more stuff, the right subsprite system has to be found...

Looks very nice :!:

Would it also be possible to play TT in the night, with spritestreams?

The current system allows only recoloring, as I said I need a better system,
neither it is really easy to get informations, like about the current tile via spritestreams.

Oskar you need to rename this thread to something like:
 eis_os' TTDX Laboratories
or
 eis_os' TTDX Patch Works
You're doing a lot more than just the Tubular Bridge. :D
Folks like yourself are keeping this game really fresh and fun.
Thanks :D

Hmm. would a spritestream layer on top of another spritestream layer work? On the night idea I was thinking of a dark sprite added over everything, and individual buildings and vehicles having light attached to them.

Too much?

*Aegir dreams of a realistic night/day cycle in TTD. But he realizes that TTD would need an realistic timescale for that to work :? .*

It's not a good idea to recoloring each pixel on the screen, even on todays hardware, neither is this topic about any night set...
