That appears to be an Online Version! I did find a Unity version but that looks more like source code! I've two games written in Unity on the 7, their extension's end in .exe!

Where can I find this version of Micropolis? I played the MicropolisJS, it looks like it has some bugs and the author stopped maintaining it a long time ago.
