Toolbars are off center

As the title implies, I'm having a problem with the ingame hud being off center. For some reason, the toolbars are stuck to the left side of the screen and I can't figure out any way to move them. It doesn't make the game unplayable, but it just doesn't look good and is kind of distracting a little bit. I can't seem to find anything regarding this problem on the internet, so I hope that someone here can help me.

Settings -> Interface -> "Position of main toolbar" will allow you to change placement between left, center and right side of the screen
