it was made for an european players pretty much. but i always played this map with north american packs, but still just didn't feel like an north american map to me. well i got off my big lazy behind and turned and updated the map into an north american map, more specific an east coast map (many want more east coast maps). this map seemed like a good fit for CSX sand patch pass.

after talking to a few players in how they would like the pass, that is how i based it on:
the scenario included is strictly coal, move 1,5 million tons of coal over the pass to cumberland power plant. you start in 1948 with western maryland, B&O, and C&O stock and play through the CSX years. i tried to make this scenario true to what the original author of the map made his scenario.
