what i could do, is instead of making a whole region... why not seperate industries? what are your thoughts, shall i do that?
that way i can do loads of ways of industries, and all you can pick what you like best.

copper mine is floating around i have cars for it... also i have an auto plant in beta. it takes steel and makes a car. next is to make an auto dealer. i was planing on making plastic from chemicals. if so, then the car = steel + plastic..... still working one step at a time.. i do have loading and unlaoding auto carriers

hmmm... you've beaten me to it... i was thinking of doing a car cycle after this gold mine, and keep it a secret project then release when i'm done.
maybe with you cars, you can start making cars as passengers, once you've sent to cars to the dealers. so it would be like
cars from factory ----> to dealer (in the town) then cars from dealer ----> to other dealers or house. then again and again...
so once youve sent the cars from the factory you've made some sort of passenger cycle
i think that one design takes up more industries then there are allowed in the game well i could not find the car i wanted for an armored car. but you have a working one for beta. once you get to the point you need a car for release, ill spit something a little better out. it is just a german tank on rails...

lol the camo engine i just had sitting there. it is Union Pacific #3593 "Desert Storm" Maybe i'll release it. i didnt paint it though. i'll have to ask.
maybe a war industry cycle should be made then (after the gold and possibally the car cycle). would be good for the time period between 1914-19 and 1930 (odd) to 1946.... if yo know what i mean.
because the passengers could be troops and get amoured personel transporters as buses.

well... not yet...just need to fix it still. there is still large empty blocks that the game things that the gold mine is there... but i'll work out how to fix it, dont worry

not the region but the gold mint... it aint that much of an industry, just looks like a building off the printing works, but grey.
next up... banks. now, what you think i should make it, an industry or, one or a few of the buildings in a town?

forgotten to add this....
without a doubt a city building. so they pop up randomly! give it the same stats as say a theater or park for being made in town. turn off the decay rate on the gold so you can stock pile it until banks pop up. lol real gold would go up in value.... also remeber you cant have very many indusries in the game , avoid adding them whenever you can. send me a pm for more ideas all of this has been discussed by steve-o and i when were going to make a similar mod.

Thought you'd like to know that, i've fixed the gold mine... also i've rendered it a little (see the attachment for a little image of it).
I've also fixed the Gold mint... it can produce gold bars when gold is delivered. so no need to answer the post i've sent in the 'Understanding the DAT files' topic.
Next, i'm going to do the bank, and i'll do it what plastikman told me to do it... if i can but i'll give it a shot... also i see what i can do for the graphics 'n' stuff.
also, plastikman i've sent you a pm about the bank 'n' stuff (if you aint noticed already)
so... get reading and keep posting... and i'll see you all very soon
