creating scenarios

Can you tell me how to create a new scenario and save it?

Well for starters there's the instruction booklet that came with the game... you need to click on the little globe on the far-right hand side of the main screen and that takes you into the scenario editor... play with the various tools in there.

I have done what you mention in your messges.
I played with the features. but when I wanted to save my selections a list of already built scenarios appeared.
I want to create my onw. Is that possible? How can I do it?

If you following the on screen prompts on the bottom Right corner (click it). it takes you through each step, and forces you to save in the end.

the manual on your game CD in the "manual" folder should explain it in better deatail.
