Purno, there are no standard platforms as such, just make sure they stick to either the 1px high flat ground level platforms, or the high, standard of 3px.

I encorage that people please use the 3px standard for most stations, 1px or 2px is fine.

Nothing higher than 3px though.

From now on, instead of just one pgs-stat, it will be replaced by individual .grf's for each class. Suburban will be in one, Freight in one, and so and so forth.

This mainly came around because I realised that there were sprite sets to code, that I personally wouldnt use in-game. I like to keep an un-cluttered as possible station class list, and with the amount of stations to code, I was starting to get worried.

Oh, and yeah, Sanchimaru's stations and Jezulkim's stations are next on the list.

And Im alson considering a pgs-wayp .grf ;).
Currently working under the name 'reldred' on Github, and Discord.

Sounds like a good idea to me. There are also certain stations that I don't like, and this will allow to use only the ones I want. Very good.

I'm looking so forward to Sanchimarus Harbor station, and getting Jezulkims goods sheds back.

I also like your last point. I would love to use just normal Track graphics as a waypoint, and something like a little power-box on the side or something like that.

Thanks, Im glad you like it.

About Jezulkims sheds, well, they're broken, they dont tile correctly, and the platforms they use dont fit in with other things really.

What I meant by Jezulkims stations however, was the 'yellow' station he did, the chicken-wire mesh one.

I think though that with some alterations, and the platforms swapped out for other ones, that the sheds can be brought back. Ill have to tinker with the dimensions, some of the artists, *Aegir glares at Born Acorn*, have the occasional accidents regarding tile dimensions.

Speaking of Born Acorn, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? THOSE DEAD END TILES OF YOURS ARENT EVEN CORRECT SIZE! COMPARE YOUR STUFF AGAINST TTD TILES FIRST! PLEASE!!! Ehehm. Sorry for shouting, but I spent a good portion of this morning fixing the dimensions on just one sprite, I haven't dont the other four.

Now, krtaylor, I know you really want to get the documentation done, but well, so do I. But that will have to wait till 1.2 is done and ready for a full release. The whole point behind doing pre builds is so that each tick on the version number is meaningfull. And when I get to do the readme/site, I want to do a damn good job of it, because I'll be putting a very polished version on my website.

Now, next item for discussion is the GRF ID's, this will be a major pinch of salt in everyones wounds when the crossover to pre3 happens, not only will the grf names change, and some be split up, but the GRFID's will also change. This will be the system:

45.52.{type}.{id}

First two, are 45 and 52, those are for my initals, R.E.

The third will denote the type, 0 for core station sets, 1 for extra .grf's such as waypoints and platforms, and bare tiles. This may change around as the whole set grows.

The final will denote individual .grfs.

Heheh, I got some of the ideas for the GRFID's after having to read up a fair bit about IP addressing for Cisco CCNA1. Hopefully this system will clear up confusion, after everyone gets over the bouts of confusion when 1.3 comes out and all their saves get fubar'ed.

Yes yes, there will be hassles upgrading to pre3, just to make it up, Ill probably even go easy on the people who whinge to me with bug-reports :).

Aegir, do you mind if I post my hacked version of pgs-barew.grf? Basically it's a very much rewritten version, with fixes so that snow and desert work correctly and also so that trains can't enter the bare tiles.

I couldnt care less, but well, Im already working on the snow and desert tiles, and I've already coded the non-passing tiles.

Go ahead though, it could be a couple of days to a week before pre3 is out with my changes.

It does matter. If nobody finishes it, my station will never get included in the set. That also includes my previous station AND my overpass...

It seems everything I drew for this set doesn't get includes, which sort of work demotivative. (if that's correct English)
