Install .exe type graphics OTTD on Windows?

Hello

How do I open .exe graphics in Openttd? I've tried all the tutorials and nothing. I have a Windows 10 64-bit and I would like to install, among them, the World Trade Center, the SEARS towers, the Hong Kong tower and others ... I downloaded this site (sorry if it is not allowed to post);

When I click .EXE, nothing happens

these are outdated and not compatible with OpenTTD, they have to be turned into NewGRFs first

Posting this to remind me - I thought all of these had been converted over already, and I think you can find them all here: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=2472

But that's a lot of posts to go through and I can't find them right now. If they are not, this is to remind me to go do those conversions this weekend, it shouldn't take long.

Thank you very much for the answers. I did not find a specific .exe to .grf converter. Any programs to refer me? I will also take a look at these recommended links.
