I think the previous cross in / direction was a lot better than the front view of it

Seconded. The previous one looks quite good IMO.

The tower looks better now, though.

I agree about the cross, previous version was better, but over all the entire building is much improved! Great job!!

Thanks guy, the cross is only a prototype, cause i don't know how to draw a good one. But as you wish, i will replace this with the old one.
So is the tower now in the middle (more or less, cause the size it will be never in the perfect middle, but, i hope it looks like). Just removed some pixel and added new colored ones.

In general pixel art is a lot more about creating an illusion instead of making it exact; sometimes you get into odd or even pixel counts (especially when you need the other number) so you have to deal with it somehow :)
For example if you have something and need to center it, it is sometimes a good option to make the edges a bit of a midtone with the things around, making it look like it is on the middle of the pixels.

But that is just a detail, speaking specifically of the building i think it is okay. If I would suggest something then to use brighter colours in places where is light, and darker colours where is shade. Just to increase the contrast which I think is a bit lacking here.

Yeah, i undersand, what you are talkin' about, but the only problem wth that, is that i don't have enugh colors to make, cause the other color are too diffrentfrom those, i used n the temple, so yes, it is a bit difficult. :)

Each colour usually has around 8 shades, put them all to good use is what I mean :P Sure, sometimes mixing colours is nice but that is a lot harder to do properly.

Yeah, but is need to use almost all of them, cause at the darker side i need to use other shadows, so only really bright colour left. As i remember. but now, i don't work in it, cause i need to study a lot at the university. :D
So, yeah... :D
