The question for translation aims at the "class" to which those roundhouses belong. This class includes more than only "loods": a depot usually has additional operating facilities, like water points, sanding equipment, coaling facilities, ashpits, etc. See picture.

"Werkplaats" sounds interesting. I´ve been pondering myself whether to use this, but I´m not sure because I´m not a native speaker.

Werkplaats would seem appropriate for me, its like a working area, i think the german name might be similar?

the name would be Werkplaats, current dutch maintenance yards are located near me

see NedTrain , originated from NS Materieel en Werkplaatsen, NS Materieel split of, thus Werkplaats sounds fine for me

voorheen = formerly known as
NedTrain has following divisions:
+Revisiebedrijf (NedTrain Refurbishment & Overhaul, voorheen Hoofdwerkplaatsen)
+Onderhoudsbedrijven (NedTrain Services, voorheen Lijnwerkplaatsen)
+Service- en onderhoudsbedrijven
- Productie Eenheid (PE) Randstad Noord
- Productie Eenheid (PE) Randstad Zuid
- Productie Eenheid (PE) Noord
- Productie Eenheid (PE) Zuid

I think werkplaats will fit better too, Michael. If you really mean the entire site (which I didn't understand properly from your post) then a locomotievenloods is indeed only a part of it.

EDIT: I forgot the 2nd part of my post...
I cannot build Bamberg station, it yields an error on perfectly flat land about the slope being in the wrong direction. I searched the topic for Bamberg and found no other report of this issue. I'm using v0.51 from 21 december 2012.

as far as i understand it, it's meant to be built on a raised land section (although that sounds like a rather strict limitation IMO)

Because this station includes a custom foundation which is part of the building, it needs a slope to be built on. It´s explained in the donotreadme, BTW.

Would a custom error message make sense in that case?

Too bad there isn't enough room in a station preview window to supply such text. With all the station sets it's a challenge to read all the readme(not)'s. Let's try some raised land after reading your documentation.

ISR+NewStations+MariCo = I can die happy!

BTW, why is Bamberg "expiring" after some time? Could you do something about it please?

From what I remember of what Michael has said, it's an accidental date put in that's been consistently missed in minor updates despite being marked for removal. Pretty sure he said it won't expire in 0.6.

You could use same for Serbian. Do you need something more to be translated?

Hey Wile! Haven't seen you on the forums for some time.

I've already told Michael that most Serbian/Croatian phrases are very much alike so he can easily use any of them for the other too.

Don't worry, I'm here occassionally (although, not as frequent as I used to be), so I haven't miss what happens here. :)

michael blunck wrote:Hi all,

I´ve uploaded version 0.1 of the NewCargo Set which fixes a couple of bugs:

- fixed bug w. small block of flats changing to cottages,
- fixed version number displayed in error message,
- fixed cargo text for beer (english only),
- changed cargo-ID for food from 0B to 0C,
- changed cargo-ID for fish from 0C to 0E.

Unfortunately, I´ve had to change the cargo-ID for food which conflicted w. paper in temperate and in turn also the c-ID for fish had to be changed.

I´m sorry for any inconveniences with games saved so far.

Michael
Kind of gravedig, but is there any chance of updating this little grf to support cargo labels and add compability to newer vehicle sets that way?

That newGRF is fairly outdated and should have been replaced by an agricultural ECS vector of my own (at least this had been planned in the past). But maybe I could take a look into it.

Is there a newer version of newships than v0.48pre (16.10.2010)? Has the final version been released? What about a newer DBset?

Not to speak for Michael, but three things I've observed over the years:
1) He works slowly and meticulously on his code.
2) He doesn't make many posts notifying the public on his progress.
3) He doesn't publish NewGRF releases into the public until he's ready.

In other words, unless he says otherwise, assume he's working on it.
