It's the release time.
The very first public beta release
You can put it directly into newgrf folder, no need to untar it.
As it's a beta release, things may change quite a lot - I may rearrange builds etc so be warned.
This is how Stockholm buildings will work together with the Swedish Houses set.

I have to say, that top-left skyscraper looks really nice
, I can see it being used in modern developments and small cities. I look forward to seeing what you can do luxtram.

If you were to add some basic wings onto the side of this building, it could make a neat small-city town hall

That legitimately looks like the town hall in my home city.

I see your point. In Europe, 100 miles is a long ways but a hundred years is just a fraction of history, or so they say. That stone building would look old (as in "vintage", old but in a notable and historically-revered way) to us in North America, but I can see how a town hall turned museum is a better equivalent for what you're making (Stockholm). Thank you for all this, these are amazing!

Big end of summer update.
Every house visible here is unique, except north, east and west corners. These are still missing.
TODO: missing corners, roof cover and wall textures and facade decorations.

Very nice! I think that some buildings might pop out a bit more f you added lighter trims onto them, such as white-ish gutters and window trims, just to add diversity. Apart from that, excellent work here
