Is it possible, that there is a file which makes scenario creation easier?

LMAO. I read that as an Easter Scenario.. I gues I have Easter in my head today...
There is a "create new landscape" button in scenario editor.... there is also create new map each time "check box".

He probably means map creator, Plastik.
If you want to make maps by paint, it's easier that way, set your paint size 384 pixels x 384 pixels and off you go, design your map

Otherwise, if you don't have Loco Map Creator software, download it from: http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=10713
When you make map, and Red 0 Green 0 Yellow 0 (Full black) means water. Red 12 Green 12 Yellow 12 is land level 3 and when you open Map Gen and set 130 then off you go. Play
