crashes

i have a new computer and i am continually getting the following message
Access violation 00405foe
error location windows Unknown driver

then the game crashes

what is the problem

question, Have you installed any mods? is this a new lomo install? has it ever worked?
there could be a lot of reasons for this.

it seems to happen on scenarios i have downloaded but not all of them. i dont think i have downloaded any mods. i think the game is an american version as the only help lines are american or canadian phone nos

are you on Vista or XP?

do the scenerios you downloaded need mods or are they no mod versions?

you can tell what version you by click about in game, or the chris sawyer logo at the start up screen?

securom.com have told me to change my loco.exe file to loco.old but i cant find my loco.exe file

so you are trying to play from an image and not your CD?
