[Pré release] NitrousX Scenario's

Post by NitrousX »

I'm about to post some of the scenario's ive made but there is a little problem ive been having with all of the content i'm using.

When i post one of my scenario's someone else is forced to download huge amounts of extra stuff because i use content out of various different sets and some prereleases.

Is this a problem or should i redo the scenario and use most of the original locomotion content ??
I could do that but there will still be some things you will have to download. Ive tried to load the scenario onto my other computer and that didn't even work because that one isn't op to date. the scenario editor just refuses to open it.

Any Suggestions ?

Ive edited a scenario with as little mods as possible.

You will need the Christrains pack from http://www.christrains.com
Stations etc etc etc from Robin H, Locomotion fanpage.
The rest of the units are original Locomotion.

I will see if i could make some scenario's on my PC, ill reinstall locomotion, then it will be free of mods. It will then only respond to mods you have installed on your locomotion.

Ill post some sceenshots today :) there not resized and uploaded at imageshack.

Ok some resized images:
As i said before its not the most accurate map but its a start, a better version is being made.

Legenda:
The brown lines are the borders between Provinces
The larger brown pieces are parts of Germany
The Yellow Sand piece is the Oilfield at Schoonebeek.

Province of Groningen, with almost all train lines connected.

Province of Friesland "Fryslân", not connected yet.

Hi,

I like your plan but could you save it as a landscape, with out the trains, because I can't open it as a scenario. Another advantage is that I can modify it my self.

Nice, i assume Limburg will be in it aswell. Because in all the scenario's i've found Limburg isn't included.

Ive made a screenshot of the station Groningen with all branchlines connected.

Tracks 1 A & B, 2 B and 3 B are used for diesel commuter trains.
Track 2 A is used for a diesel goods and food train from Stadskanaal.
Track 3 A is used for the mainline Electric trains to Assen and Zwolle.

Looks nice mate :)

But maybe the Locomotion map size is too small for a map like this. If you leave out Germany you gain some more room for Holland.

Anyway, i'm looking forward to play it :)

Thats true, a full map of holland is not realistic because the map is to small. Towns will then grow to big and into eachother.

I will release it tonight :)
