I got a Youtube clip from a map I've been playing for the past week. Small map but loads of fun!

Nice video (OK, the quality could be better)
How big is the island? Do you have a screenshot of the overview? And how many trains go there?

And with free Hypercam, if you launch it from the Firefox toolbar, you don't get the watermark. For some Cities in Motion videos, I've used Debut.

Hi everyone,
just some random screenshots from my current Locomotion game.

I have a mainline which runs the perimeter of map. I'm yet to make the branch lines in the middle of the map. I have three depots: a steam depot, network rail depot and my company's main passenger depot. In this post only two depots are pictured.

Any comments are welcome.

So, on with the screenshots...

First up is the network rail depot. The HST test train, grinder and a few tampers can be seen.

Next is Martinfield depot, this is where all of my mainline passenger trains are stored. Mainly these are multiple units as myself prefer MU's.

Finally is the WAGN liveried class 317 departing the terminus. This is personally my favourite livery.

I finally made the cut into the top shelf of clifftop climb. it cost me about 2 million and the grade is pretty level off.

I never Double track in Loco, but since its a bottle neck. I might have to double track it. but I will start off with sidings. and smaller more frequent trains hauling commodity from top to bottom and vis versa.

#3 found a Chesapeake and Ohio train set hidden within the US set =) (George Washington + any B&O, C&O locomotives)
#2 just a pause of all the trains in the area. The black Southern Pacific is fun to watch climb the hill.
#1 and back at the Budweiser brewery.. things are looking good, with new Southern Pacific Daylight service

@Alpha, its fun to see a verry different style of playing the game, each generating its own problems to solve :)

thanks?? I build only single track main lines with siding's. I try to run as many trains on a single mainline wo trains getting confused. once they get confused.. I move on to another section of a map.

I love large busy terminus stations.. with as many incoming and out going trains as possible..

now that I have the money.. I am building a giant yard with different train sets.. and then I will run track around the map routing through all the busy city's and industry's. these trains will be set to manual control and have large consists of engines and cars.
