Looking for an Old Scenario

I have searched and searched again. I have been looking for a good 2 weeks now.

It was a scenario with industries named 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 like that and 1 had to go to 2 to make 2's for 3 and 3 made 3's to go to 4 to make 4's etc. If you know the name or have it post if for me please.

Yea thats the one, but I cant find the mods to run it. Links are broken and old.
