Dumb question probably....

I'm a UK expat now living in Cyprus and would love to create a scenario based on the landscape of the island - but I haven't a clue where to start or how to do it.

Is there a way of importing a landscape of existing places/landscapes??

Given the chance, I think I could provide you all with an interesting challenge (eventually) as Cyprus is quite an interesting landscape (with Mount Olympus here - correct it is not in Greece!!!!) with some diverse industries!!

Yep - can you find a greyscale map of Cyprus?

Then read this thread in its entirety, http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=10713, download the latest version of the landscape creator, create your landscape and off you go. It will still need a lot of work in the editor, particularly smoothing out the hills, but its hugely rewarding.

Yep, 99.9% of the questions people have about Loco can be answered by looking on these forums somewhere - there are four years of playing experience here.

Have fun map creating. It takes a lot of time to create a really good map, but its very rewarding.
