someone has recently started work on a toyland refurbishment...and it got me thinking,

what about replacing toyland...with toyland! or more specificly....LEGOland!
Toyland isn't a climate, it's a mistake.
Everyone has a photographic memory - Some just don't have film
No matter how hard life gets, remember there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Let's just hope it's not a train.

It's been done before, but warped into an OTTD Set. Also, try to refrain from using Copyrighted names with regards to creating sets like that, the LEGO company is fiercely protective of their name, and many non-ttd related projects have been brought to their knees, and their owners financially burdened, for the use of the name.

The OpenTTD "BrickLand" set is being developed, but a bit dead-ish. I'd suggest taking a look at the topic in the OpenTTD Graphics section.

hmmm, we might be able to get LEGOTM to pay us to create LEGOlandTM :wink:

Actually, Lego (the company) has sold it's Legolands (theme parks), so I suppose they don't have the right to the name themselves, even...
