Alright, finished my EMD GP60M

If anyone wants to touch it up then go ahead.

Btw, the 2cc GP60M should be geared for either 70 or 85Mph (both I believe are possible geared speeds)

Edit : Alright, another EMD locomotive from me :3

The EMD F45, by defualt it should do 80MPH, for the rest of its specs besides traction its similar to a SD45 since the F45 is cowl'ed SD45
Again, if anyone wants to edit my sprite they can.

Hello there,

If I may, I'd like to request an update to support new railtype metro tracks (i.e. metro track set 1.0.0 without setting parameter 1 to 1).

I was eager to test the new metro tracks release with my favorite train set containing metros which is the 2cc set, but was disappointed to see that it only works when doing it the "old" way (replacing mono or maglev).

I have replied to that ages ago, that they need to be adjusted somewhat to be included. They need to be in 2cc+grays, and not that blue etc :)

So do I have to modify my Loco's or are they good? Because I don't know what else to doo with them (I tried to make them to 2cc scale and include 2cc. Both locos are based on american locos with american liveries)

I think your EMD F45 needs a little bit of white on the sides (company logo)
observe (locomotive to the left)

EDIT: This is arguable.
EDIT: Sidenote, I LOVE your EMD GP60

The EMD F45 I drew is based on the Burlington Northern Livery.

Hey guys, I love the improvements on the 2cc set. Especially the combination with NuTracks. There's only one thing that bothers me: the placement of the company colors on the Dutch EMU Plan Y. Next to the wrong name*, the colors of the Plan Y are different from reality. As you can see on the enclosed image, I used two train sets. Above I've got three EMUs the 2.0 2cc set, beneath the same EMUs of the Dutch Trainset Alpha. The colors of the Plan Y are inverted. Is it possible to change the order of the colors in the 2cc set?

* IMHO. Plan Y is the original production name, but with the current livery (and in 2cc) it's called Sprinter or SGM. I'd rather pick the interchangeable name SGM. Further info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NS_Stadsge ... _Materieel

DJ Nekkid is talking about 1st and 2nd cc color defaults - magic blue and magic green, respectively.

I'm attaching a file I'm almost finished doing. Below are five colored "strips" which are the only ones that are tollerated. Also, the blue color that is surrounding the (finished) tender is the "transparent blue" color. All other colors are not to be used, except some very very VERY minor details in yellow or red or brown.

I hope this helps. BTW, you can use my basic color scheme as your default template for drawing things.

@DJ Nekkid: This one will be finished tomorrow, the Shinkansen is due today! :D

The 2cc set never tried to remake the real colors, as it uses company colors. You'll notice that if you want to remake the Dutch colors, most of the other countries trains will be in the wrong colors. If you want real colors, you shouldn't be using any set which uses company colors, and I'd like to direct you to the Dutch Trainset in this case.

I have no plans to recolor the Plan Y, but I wouldn't have objections to it either.

"SGM" would do too, as "Sprinter" is already taken by another country's train.

Ok, a post on parameters, i've searched this thread from page 10 onwards but could not find anything about parameters in the 2.0-beta's (currently using beta3). Where 2cc v1 had 10 parameters I cannot find anything on this in this thread or on the website (http://users.tt-forums.net/2cc/readme.html). I was planning on playing a game with Europe trains only and doubled costs. Parameters then are "9 1 1 0 1 1 1 0 0 0" for 2cc V1, 9 for the doubled costs, the first two ones to disable african and asian trains, then a zero followed by three ones to disable the american and australian trains. This however does not work in the 2.0 beta3. Playing a game starting in 1940 I get overseas trains as well. My list of grfs:
  • 2cc beta 3
  • nutracks r86
  • stolen trees
  • ttrs
  • fish
  • eGRVTS
Am I doing something wrong, are the parameters implemented differently or not yet implemented at all?

Arie- wrote:Ok, a post on parameters...
Source and readme state that there is 1 parameter to be used with 5 possible settings:

1: 1/4th costs
2: half costs
3/clear: default costs
4: double costs
5: quadruple costs

Ah ok, sorry then didn't come to my mind that there would be a svn (like?) thingy on 2cc. Taking a look there now.

edit:Ok a small remark then, the readme accompanying the grf in the coop grf pack redirects to (the old) documentation on tt-forums. The one on BaNaNaS (although you'd have to open the tar), is alright though.

I think the grf in the coop pack is also the old version, as grfs on bananas are not included in the pack any more. If that is the case, the readme in there belongs to the old version and not the current release :)

But no worries, I don't expect everyone to know that there is a repository (it's an hg repository by the way, but the principle is the same). If I wouldn't be working on a few repositories over there myself, I probably wouldn't know that a repo exists either.
