If you can't see it then its probably supposed to be there. It looks like there is an bright yellow triangle on the front of the train
There aren't a bright triangle, it's just the shading of the front of the locomotive.

I think it's meant to represent the livery found on GBRf Class 73s.

Like to say how great the set is really looking forwards to later releases.

2 questions
Why does the express mail carriage introduced in 1910 but the Mail carriage introduced in 1935 i would have thought the other way wround would have been more realistic?

What do people think about the Articulated Carriage i can't decide wether to use them or not in my games some times i do and other times i don't what do you think about them, i'am not saying that they shouldn't be there just cant decide wether to use or not?

The ArtiCs are good for early high speed (Streak) services, before the HSCs (and HSTs) come into use in the 70s. Until then, unless you use the ArtiCs, you're limited to 100mph (not particularly an issue).

I don't know if there are going to be other high speed locomotives (>100mph) before the HSCs come into use (at the moment, we don't know about the Britannia, as Pikka hasn't placed the info on his wiki), but there are a couple of planned steam engines in the addon set that could make use of them (>100mph) in the Coronation and Merchant Navy.

I was always wondering, what is the idea behind the climate disabler?

Why should I load/enable UKRS but then disable it for the climate I play?

It was originally so people could play with different train sets in different climates, without needing multiple newgrf configs.

Edit: found it and loaded it but it won't work on my version (r18177M) because it requiores at least r20202 :( will the final release be compatible with my version? If not I will have to stick with UKRS as I don't think there is any way to load my saved game into a newer version.

No. It needs r20202 or higher because of features implemented in r20202 that are required for UKRS2 to work. Upgrade.

But I don't think there is a way to upgrade saved games, is there? If there isn't, I can't realistically upgrade.

Unmodified versions of OpenTTD are generally backward compatible, i.e. they can load savegames from older versions. There are a few unmodified versions where this does not hold, but you can count them on one proverbial hand. OpenTTD can actually load Transport Tycoon (the original and deluxe) savegames, which are only like 16 years old by now, or the savegames from the earliest versions of OpenTTD, only 6 years old though.

With modified versions, like the one you used, the savegame backward compatability is usually gone. But that's the price you pay for using modified versions.

Even though I am personally more than happy with what is already in the set...the good news is that if you check the wiki page for the set, you'll see that there is still a lot more to come!
