Jimbow.
Well like i said. I mainly made a new map of Copenhagen because I did not have enough room to make the stations/junctions:
Kobenhavn H
Kobenhavn Gb
And the junctions that are around them.
And finally also the port areas north and south with there tracks and industries.
So I made this map – Map part 1 & Map part 2

However, because the map is only 384x384 tiles I had to accept some compromises. With the above area in mind, the rest of the map would have to more or less have the same scale. So first I would mainly have to limit the map to Ydre Godslinie, trainline from Vigerslev to Vanlose to Norrebro to Hellerup. And second even doing that would not leave room for the line from Kobenhagen H to to Osterport to Hellerup. So you can see on Map part 1 that I have had to let the line from from Kobenhagen H to to Osterport to Hellerup make an unusual 90 degrees turn – marked in red.
Also having tried the map now I can see a few things I can fix. Moving the Lindevang to Frederiksberg line and towns to the south – marked in black.
There is room for Bernstofsvej and Gentofte plus maybe Lyngby stations/towns – area marked in blue. Blue area would be even bigger if I also moved Fuglebakken to Lersoen south – marked in black.
Room for 1 or two stations after Vanlose – marked in pink.

Map part 2 also shows to areas I have had to turn 90 degrees due to limitations. And the red one is clearly out of scale, but it is the mainline to the rest of the country and therefore it had to be included.
I have not played Locomotion very long so I am also experimenting with various things. Like buildings, of the 2x2 tiles buildings I have only included Concert Hall, Courthouse and Town Square, all 1x1 tiles building have been selected. So far it works. Norreport ( biggest town in game so far ) now has population of 39.000. And I can still see most of the roads in the city center! So far no problems with cities that cannot grow. Another bonus is that the 1x1 tiles buildings actually pretty much can go for danish buildings in and around Copenhagen. Number of passengers and mail does not really seem to be affected, I still have stations in the biggest towns with +1000 passengers waiting

I made the station in Norreport subterrain when the town had a population of 400 and the station will not require any alterations up to year 2008.
But one of the biggest problems I have to accept in the game is the fact that trains CANNOT hold still for very long, if they get tired of waiting for a green signal they reverse. I cannot prevent it, but I can trap them so that no matter how long the next part of the line is occupied they have nowhere else to turn. But this also means that I need extra room for the trains at major stations like you can see on the Kobenhavn H picture. Also most trains reverese at Kobenhavn H ( right now I am at year 1935, and I play with no obsolete vehicles – I will decide what year it is, not the game ) right now, which means that the track either have to be cut immidiately after the station in order to prevent trains merely using the station as a roll-on roll-of. Or I can make the trains UNLOAD at the station then passing through to a swithing-area reverse to Kobenhavn H and LOAD. I use a combination of both ways, as you can see on the picture. And of course the tracks are also divided up in track-groups, just like in real life where train do not choose 1 of 12 tracks by random.

Also the station is build partly underground, but it is not correct and as you can see I have not finished it.
But really I only made the map in order to try and run the TRAFFIC around the main stations in Copenhagen. And I think the map needs some more corrections before I am satisfied with it. Plus I do not know how much each of the towns can actually expand, so I might have to add some more.
I only run it with trains and a few trams.
