Not exactly a mine, but I am too lazy to rename this topic again.
A new factory graphics, based on this one: http://www.hornictvi.info/techpam/industry/3.htm (look for EXIM Mikulášovice).

Wow!
Now that's neat!
My only suggestion would be to give the windows a little more depth. IMO they look a little flat, but with some highlights on the sills and shadows on the adjacent walls, it would look perfect.
Cheers!

Re: New Mines
Some updates of the factory. I do not have that much time as I had, but there is some slow progress...
And some objects (cars, cargo) need to be placed on the road.

Re: New Mines
I like it more. Just follow advice about windows. Chimney look a bit bad. Cannot do anything. Just consider if you could make something similar in 32bpp for OpenTTD.

Re: New Mines
Prebral - great work! I like it a lot!

Re: New Mines
It's very detailed, I love it.
Re: New Mines
I like the look of that factory A LOT. But as athanasios I have to agree about the chimney. Maybe keep it the same width throughout? Just a suggestion. The size of the pixels make it too thin at the top.

Re: New Mines
unfortunately the chimney is too tapered
and another two construction stages before those stages would look good

Re: New Mines
I think the chimney would look better in a proper environment, and the background is scuppering it a bit, so don't worry about the chimney's width. Not sure about the way it narrows though, although it has to be done at some point I guess.

Re: New Mines
That's the reason I spoke about OpenTTD. In such cases we need smoothedges with some transparency. I wish we could have that in TTDPatch one day in the future.

Re: New Mines
This graphics is great, like taken from retail game!
Just the red brick doesn't look well. How about adding more shades or pale red? Like roof tiles of tropical houses?

Re: New Mines
It is true bricks vary in color, but since this is a construction stage and won't appear for long I believe it is of minor importance. Maybe when he has more time, as he said.
