the 3 trashcans vs. 1 is indeed a good idea, but the looks of the dynamite does look good also IMHO.

Why don't we just make a poll with all entries and announce it on the "general" forums so everyone knows there's something to vote for?

that's spammy IMO. We only need ppl who are actually interested in this project (those who visit the forums) to vote, don't we?

Well yes, it's just that I'm not directly involved in the development of new graphics and thus only check the graphics forums rarely - I was assuming that there are more people like me who don't have the time to read all forums, hoping there might be something of interest to read. :)
For those, such an announcement in the general section would be beneficial. But yeah, I was just suggesting - the mods gotta decide, hehe.

i say, take the "Best" half dozon or so entries from here, and link to them in a pole in a new thread in the OTTD graphics thread.

erm, if you want to give me credit for the one i made, remember to also credit whoever it was who drew that bin..

Welcome back!

Anyway, maybe it's best to draw a 32bpp image aswell, that could be dynamite or trashbins too?!

They look like pen containers, btu the idea is good. You could just flip real TTD engines and cars vertically, and put them in the bin, rather than draw your own...pens and rulers. :P

Well not yet, I doubt it is ever going to happen (development of the 32BPP stuff etc.). Someone might want to prove otherwise.
