OpenLoco now exists!

I don't usually double-post, but the alternative would be yet another topic or digging up an ancient one.
The latest release just dropped on https://github.com/OpenLoco/OpenLoco and finally introduces a fix to the passengers-from-nowhere bug.

Re: OpenLoco now exists!
Got an issue that usually happens. When I save an edit to a scenario, the game will crash. (albeit it does save, you can see your changes when you reboot openloco) Hope that the devs can address and fix this.

You should join the discord and tell them there, or put up a report on the OpenLoco Github.
Re: OpenLoco now exists!
I am holding off trying openLoco until it develops much further, but am very excited to watch it progress.

Re: OpenLoco now exists!
I am very happy there's such thing as OpenLoco, Chris Sawyer's Locomotion deserved it. However, I could see it is still too bugged almost to the point when it's uncomfortable to play. Hopefully the bugs will get fixed gradually and the game will be well playable.
Re: OpenLoco now exists!
It does have some useful features unique to it which aren't in any way available in the base game without modding. For instance, sandbox mode allows the construction and destruction of all industries and buildings, which was previously only available in the scenario editor. Construction of industries would also become available with some Locotool shenanigans, but most users don't want to learn how to edit an .xml file.
I do recommend it despite the bugs.

Re: OpenLoco now exists!
Is there any way to modify the World Region, to add new vehicles, roads, etc.? So that this limit from Scenario Editor makes no difference.
I was thinking about modifying the .dat of the World Regions (exemple REGUS.DAT) to do this, initially modifying the tracks, roads, bridges, stations, and signals. But I don't know if it would work.
With OpenLOCO, I can start the game normally, however, some of the .dat files do not start, as if they had a corrupted file:
Just in case, for now only these files are missing, but apart from some that are listed as Unknown in Loco-Dat, the rest I will download as the day goes by:

I updated the engine flippers to work in OpenLoco --> viewtopic.php?t=90116
Not too sure about the rest. You'll get better answers from the dev's on discord. They're pretty friendly.

I really don't get it how to start up this version of Locomotion...I think the only possible reason is because I have 64-bit Windows and on the page were you can download OpenLocomotion it says it's for 32-bit machines only...
