I'm writing out speculative letters to rail stations, but i'm a bit stuck.

To whom should I address it to, in days of yonder one may have put 'Station Master', but of course, that doesn't exist anymore.

Should I just write the address, and not name any specific individual on the envelope?

That seems more like something you'd put on the actual letter, not the envelope.

I'm assuming it's at a train station in a tunnel at an airport. At airports many of those lovely "welcome home" balloons are sold. These are made of aluminium and filled with helium. Letting your balloon go might eventually cause it to be sucked into the tunnel where it will likely go near to the catenary. There is can cause a short, causing a bit of smoke and that causes the tunnel to be shut down.

A rubber balloon locked near the catenary can still do some damage to the pantograph when a train comes.
