I will move the project to the top of my schedule. Allow me one week to complete it. :D
Sadly OTTD is not Simutrans. :P

I look forward to the finished project.
It will be beautiful in the city that gives you a better view of the cityscape.

Wow, thanks for all the replies!

Note the streets under the bridges.
The rail solution can only do a single track.
The tram solution is double track (alternate directions).
The tram solution is a work in progress.

Are these what you are looking for?
Very nice, I like your solution a lot! Yeah, they're pretty much what I had in mind.

I wholeheartedly agree!

A progress report and a coding question ...

I've just about have everything done including using bridge 0B, the golden tubular bridge slot, so as to keep it compatible with other bridge sets such as TBRS.

Question moved to here.

My bad ... Apparently a login is required.
I am working (lobbying) to have this changed.

Not to pry too much, but why not just post the grf on Bananas or here on the forum?

There is a note concerning this at the bottom of my initial post here.

I am not adverse to BaNaNas. It's just that it is one more thing to maintain in a very busy life. My SimuScape account is very easy for me to work with.

Looking very nice! Sadly, I somehow can't get past the anti-spambot question, so it's wait and see for the time being.

The inner city people love these new rail bridges, they give the streets a much more open feel than the old concrete viaducts they replaced, but it looks like the postal workers may go on strike since I upgraded the road bridge, they say it isn't very safe for the trucks.

Oh my! The postal workers were warned about that. Now the Amalgamated Tramways Construction Workers Union (ATCWU) are wanting to go on strike because they are not being paid to stand by doing nothing while waiting for those crazy Postal Union Drivers (PUD) to have their fun. :P

The Urban Transit Bridge has an amazing maximum speed of 80 mph (130 km/h). :D
