Access to Buildings

Hey guys. I'm running running TTD on WindowsXP pro (if that makes a difference) and I have vehicles for refrigeration and paper and the like but now corresponding buildings. Can anyone tell me where I can gain access to those?

If you look at the cargo that can be transported with these vehicles, you may find out: there is no extra industry
Oh, except for the paper, you have to build a paper factory and printing-thingy [Druckerei] from the finance industries menu. These two industries are new in the temperate climate.

Please post future problems in the TT / TTDPatch problems forums.
Also, the paper industries in temperate can olny be build in game, not in the scenario editor or appearing randomly.
