Mixing trains?

Post by ThorRune »

Is it posible to make my own set out of the sets here, to put together my favorite trains from the different sets? IE maybe i want the Cimeria Manglev in the tropicset, but i dont like a few of the eltrains (Thoce wery similare) so i could sweitch that and maybe put in a diesel and a steamer from the desertset, maybe a train from mars...

Is there something to do that with?
Alcohol is not the answer, it just makes you forget the question.

You need to ask each of the graphic set designers for that.

And know how to make your own NFO file.

you need to extract the grf files and make a new grf. so you need to know how to make a working .nfo to get the graphics show up in ttd. Prof frink mend you have to ask permision to the makers of the grf before you start editing it.

you can do it for personal use without any permission.

juut you can't distribute without askign for permission.

so go ahead and do it for personal use. if distributing add a text file to give credit to all people and tell them/ask them (it will be fine)
