Not more than 6.000 Inhabitants

Hi TT Fans!

I have a special problem. I createt a game with only 4 cities (small ones). Now, i'm in the year 2014, I allways spend money to the cities to build new houses, but these 4 cities don't get more than ca. 6.200 inhabitants.

I also spend money to rebuild the streets etc.

Can youu help me?

P.S: Does it work to spend 6 times money for building new houses or does only one time counts in a year or month???

Are you using the patch with the newtowngrowth setting?
