in real world trains run each different speed on railroad condition
but in TTD, every train run on top speed as they can run
this is not real.
some place trains have to reduce there speed
or branch line or some country line.
so we need to set up reduce speed zone and hope TTD can support that feature

trains reduce speed in curves and on bridges, also you can use the NuTracks GRF for having speed limits on normal track

waggons can also introduce a speed limit (if the game is configured to look out for that)
