Would it possible to make own background's with the own created save game... ? The standard is boring, I've created much better places...

Change the savegame to name opntitle.dat and put it in the data folder of OpenTTD

It is centered I believe.

EDIT: Or the view is fixed on the last place you were looking at? I'm not sure.

There was patch that made the camera hop on user defined locations some time ago.

It is the position you saved your game in.

isnt there a contest regarding a new background for the 1.0.0 ?

@Matthias_87, careful, that new background of yours use grf's so when you decide to change them or update them your ottd may crush.
