Request:OTTD 0.6.0 with YAPP, Grass on unused tracks and pas
Hi everyone, I'm an ttd player since many years and have been following the progress on ottd.
Now I have a special request, I want to have yapp, "Grass growth on unused tracksand "New passenger destinations" in my game. I have tried to apply the patches and compile the game myself for several days, but without success. So I wonder if someone could help me doing this?

Basically what I'm looking for as well (YAPP and PAX).
But also a (not yet done) patch with significantly improved way of handling vehicles/routes/orders.

YAPP and PAX are essential!
What I also like to see in is the Patch: Timetable based separation
Is there a roadmap or a planned feature liste of OTTD 0.6x and 0.7.0 somewhere?

I could do it for you.. I've already updated grass on unused tracks to 0.6.0 which needed a few tweaks to compile since last version i found was for r11226. The other two aren't so outdated, so they should be easy. If they integrate fine, i'll post the combined patch for you.
Note that I won't make any regularily updated IN or something unless I'm paid for.

Cool i was trying to patch the latest revision with paxdest, guess i just wait now. Maybe a good chance to take a look at YAPP too, i heard it can cure cancer and stuff like that.Roujin wrote:I could do it for you.. paxdest was no problem. YAPP is giving me some trouble though
i can't get it to apply automatically for some files, so i have to do it manually, which takes quite some time...

Mind posting the paxdest+grass patch while you work on YAPP? I'm having some crash with the 12375 rev i used to compile with paxdest. Not sure if it's that rev or some unholy mix of newgrfs.

What abput gonozal patch packe?

Here are a diff and a compiled windows version with the following patches applied to trunk r12537:

Programmable waypoints (My own version (http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?t=35543), although the newer patch (http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=36648) by nycom may be better, I wasn't able to compile it.
Grass on unused tracks is not in it. I tried it and got it to compile, but I got asserts as soon as I build a piece of track and wasn't in the mood to track it down.
Note: I'm not going to update this! I made this combination a few days ago to play myself, and I share it now for those unable to combine the patches, but no guarentees. I may have introduced bugs while merging, there may be bugs in the patches, I don't know. Don't report bugs in this version. If you come across a bug, try to narrow it down in what patch it might be, and try to reproduce it in a build with only that patch.

I compiled it and it works for me, but no garanties.
