Never mind. I'm going to build this scenario from the ground up in the scenario editor.

odd but i cant see the pic.....
Im a Virginia Museum of Transportation Employee (So if you need info on NW NS Southern trains just ask!)

I think the reason it may not be working is that the changes in tone are very hard to define.

Don't quote me on that, as I don't use the landscape thingy.
