There are plenty of scenarios involving this area, but I've not come across one that has it in much detail. So I decided to do it myself.

If there is anything you think I should include in this, please feel free to post it below.

The 'fewer mods' version (latest one), as far as we know needs the following:

Express passenger coach
Earth slopes & bridges
Airport Pack

and download the scenario (this one starts 1955 and is not the latest version):HERE

I now have a screenshot of the area.

Some parts are a bit devoid of towns (esp. the area south of Ashford) as I couldn't read the names of the map I had.

That looks quite good, although don't forget the North and South Downs, and a corner of London perhaps for us to run commuters to. Perhaps a corner of France near Calais too? Erm sorry I'll shut up now...

To answer your points:

1) I am trying to get more height into it. I screwed up the land generation settings so I got a fairly flat map, but I will add the downs.

2) I did try to get London in, but I only got as far as Dartmouth! I did manage to get Brighton in though.

3) I'm toying with the idea of France. It would provide some scope for shipping and the Channel Tunnel, but it would have to be far closer than it really is - but I'm sure people won't mind.

Bugger, I forgot to take a screenshot to show you all. There are more towns, more areas of water and a few more hills.

I also need to add a few industries, although the main focus is passengers.

It will do. Unfortunately, I've been a bit messy and have lost my Locomotion CD.

OK, I now have a fewer mods version. It wouldn't let me deselect Earth Slopes or Earth Bridges. It turns out I did have that airport thingy...hopefully I deselected the correct one.

Apologies to anyone who's been trying to get it to work.
