Do I use the right Pallette?

Do I use the right Pallette?

I took me 2 days to draw this building, and I what very happy when I whas finishied.
But when I Put it in the game the grey coulours of the buidling become black or Transparant. What am I doing wrong?
Do I use the wrong pallette?

Here's a small tip. Instead of creating new topics each time you stumble you should try to prevent stumbling. In a TTD artist sense that means you should first make yourself familiar with the tutorials on drawing and coding stuff for TTD. Being familiar with a tutorial isn't knowing that a tutorial exists, it means reading and understanding the tutorial. If there are things you don't understand in the tutorial the community is always willing to help. If you try something, fail and then ask how things should be done while its mentioned in a tutorial the community will stop helping you at a certain moment in time.

it looks like youve used two different pallets and to check download cyotees grf converter and try coverting it.
