Window Size
Hi all,
I've just come back to wanting to play Transport Tycoon and have got it to work using the patch etc. However, when I want to play it in a window its so small its a bit of a problem. But I can't resize the window.
Any ideas on how to solve this please?

Yeah, but that was not what he asked about. He wanted to change the size of the window. According to his post he got it to run with no problems.NoGravity wrote:Or, if that didn't work (like in my case) and you're running XP, right-click on the TTDPatch icon, go to the Compatibility Tab and set the compatibility to Windows 95 or 98.
Works for me
And why you need to use compatibility mode to get the patch to work is beyond me. Don't you have "win2k = on" in your ttdpatch.cfg?
The ancient versions required setting compatibility modes. In the absence of information to the contrary, I'm going to suggest that NoGravity upgrade to either the most recent stable (2.0r1) or the most recent alpha (2.0.1a71).
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

I've had a look through the manual.
Noticed what switches to add.
Opened up the ttdpatch.cfg in notepad.
Attempted to add the line 'resolutionwidth 640' first.
Error message when opening up using the patch....
Could some say how to add this and the resolutionhight switch into the .cfg file I would appreciate it.Invalid cfg line 'resolutionwidth 640'
Thanks in advace.

Which version of TTDPatch are you using?
The resolution switches are only in the alpha series, found at http://www.ttdpatch.net/src
