Kirby Paul Tank is electric?

For some reason, the basic Kirby Paul Tank does not show up in steam engine depots in my game and can only be purchased in electric depots. I am using alpha 42 as reported by TTDXC with most of the new switches enabled. Is this an intended feature or have I messed up somewhere?

No, that's a bug with alpha 42.
