Oops Sir Bob! That didn't look nice! :( :P

The first image showing a coal mine is actually MB's Brewery. Not sure what you got when you installed the UKRS-set though.

The second shows Pikkabird's Engineers Yard, and the third and last image shows, (next to the Oil Refinary), the Bus Depot which in my game replaces the "Oil-fired Power Station", and the two others, (labelled Vasa Water Tower in your image), are Pikkabird's Brickworks - for the sake of the Gravel and Clay available uphills.

Well, I hope you got this sorted out though! :P

That's perfectly normal. News would be if a game saved with the UKRSI worked properly without it.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

Well, the diary continues, but at this time focusing on the actual game-play itself. And I'm having much fun trying to plan the region, difficulties as there are :P . At the moment I'm focusing on the capitol, the city of Vasa, where I've built the central station, (and thanks to the patch), built a "Metro Station" two tiles away and above the central station, but still one and the same! This is really a great feature! :P

In another town I even split up the main station and added a part above it in the middle of it, facing another direction. It really looks cool but I haven't tested it yet!

Anyway, Vasa, there are three tram routes serving the area, and I'm soon to introduce bus routes to take care of the vincinities. The downtown area is flourishing and I have even extended the quay? side next to the Bank of Scandinavia HQ's to make room for more commercial developments;

As for the centralstation, only a temp design has been developed in order to avoid the city from placing buildings on needed tiles. The first train has yet to be announced! :P

I'll be back with more images whenever I see some developments. And those of you who play the same scenario, remember I'd love to see screenies in here from you as well! :P

Thanks! :P

Most likely from the same source as yours! :P I have changed them though as I found the poles to be a bit too large for my taste, and I believe they work better now - in my game anyway as they don't stick out to much! :P

SAC, This looks fantastic; I'm excited to see a variation on what has been a staple TramTrack set.
One thing to note though, your T-Junctions for tram tracks seem to have the tram track 'lifted'.
Actually, I just worked out what it is... the 'cross-wire-supports' that you've added clash with the actual tram tracks; They draw directly over one rail and cause slight distortion to the tracks.
Maybe shift the 'cross-wire-supports' 1px 'down/into' the road?

I'm sure once in game (would love to see these in my games :wink: ) everything would sort itself out...

Otherwise, please stop teasing and release something for us to play with soon :twisted:

Thanks! :P Most graphics aren't available yet. It's mostly for testing purposes, but the idea is to release it eventually! Have to check with original artists behind some of the building graphics first! As for roads and other stuff, .grf's are on its way!

Thanks stevenh! :P I can't say I've changed these poles in a professional way, simply removed some of them to get them the way I wanted, so I'm quite sure there are things here and there that aren't properly done. Besides, I never intended for these to be released as I did it for my own game-play only.

And there will be releases. Very soon if all goes well! :P

Below is an overview of VIA, Vasa International Airport. It has just opened and some more work are still needed. VIA is the largest airport and are served by airport shuttles, (new buses not shown), and a commuter train;

The airport is located about 30-40 tiles from the city of Vasa for the purpose of realism! :P

Now THAT is a sight!

Good work!

Question though, why don't you swap around the light post and the power lines transmission tower? Then the airport wouldn't look so weird (But you'd have to swap around every light post and transmission tower :P.

I just have to chime in, this looks *real* :shock:

You're making TTDX into a model railrod, planning every ground tile and everything that's above, too. Now you should just put some Swedish trains into the layout :wink:

Edit: Oh, I know that Vasa is in Finland, but you did have some Swedish names on the map, too.
