Being a French train, there's no reason why it shouldn't be included in the French set

together with all the other famous trains from France.
We're planning to make it available from 1928 to 1940, pulled either by the PLM 241C or the PLM 231A. It will have dedicated carriages, starting from a minimum of six cars (which was the shortest consist they usually travelled in). They did run after that date, but with different locos (they eventually switched to electric traction) and the cars were different too in the latest years, so that's why we're gonna change it.

If you wanna include it in the Serbian set, that's fine, but you should make sure it gets pulled by the correct engine types

Do you have info about which models where used while crossing the Balkans? Looking at your tracking table, I'd restrict it to the Berliner Maschinenbau 01 and maybe the 05.

I plan exactly those two locos. I have pic of "Orient Express" pulled with 05. Due to data of max. speed 90 km/h, there also would be 01.

I tried to install the narrow gauge part of the set in my game, already have installed the narrow gauge tracks, but it complains about my multihead setting not being 0.
But I have it at 0 for a million years, ever since I play with the DBsetXL.
I have placed the NG-set after the DBsetXL so it can overwrite it's engines.
My ttdpatch version is alpha 65, and I have attached my newgrfw.cfg.
Any ideas to what is wrong here ?

Post your ttdpatch.cfg. I'm not sure about compatibility of this set with other sets (I tried it with US set, and it worked). It uses maglev slots, and disables other IDs (because there are more empty slots than vehicles in set), so if any other set uses them, they probably will be incompatible.

Something I forgot to mention is that I tried to activate the Narrow gauge set in my neverending game, I'm in 3734 now.
Could this date have any bearing on the error ?

You must set:
unifiedmaglev 2 (in ttdpatch.cfg)
ngrailsw.grf 4 (in newgrfw.cfg)
In other cases srsngw.grf reports error and fails to load. Read first post for set setting.

Yes stupid me missed that part of the topic.
But even with those settings I still get the same error, even with a completely new game.

Try to disable other sets, obviously NG set is incompatible with DBsetXL (altough I suspect it'll do something). Here's my ttdpatch.cfg (all works fine):
