Maybe, that I asked my question badly. So my question: how can I build the buildings on a manner like this when I increase the city at the time of the making of the scenario?

oh, ok from my experience, this is how you do that...
I believe that you need to place the roads like that, so that YOU build the road infrastructure for the city... cities dont like to use money (in real life atleast)
Then the buildings will just build with the road...
I'm not sure if that was it but I also heard about the caging method? which was like buying all the land around the city (causing no development)

Certain town GRFs will automatically try to build into these patterns, ie with terraced houses.
In the scenario editor, clicking "expand" and deleting any buildings/roads you don't like - very time consuming but you can get it exactly how you want it

Oh, thank You, all of You!

I make an attempt in the realisation of the idea, but work will be exceptionally time-consuming as You wrote it. (I am occupied with a Carpathian Basin project in my spare time.)

One of my fictious villages in Oregon: Albridge
The village consists three quarters: Downtown, Charlestown and Christianhill. There are an airport and a railway station.

2013 and Ikarus 60's?
But nice pic, I like the river and the lake.
And can you tell me where can I find the road gate between the airport and the parking?

I believe it's a station tile from the Fake Airport GRF, as are much of the rest of the tiles surrounding the small airport.

I like the Ikarus set, and apply the buses in all games, my obsession. ;)

You find the road-gate in the "Fake Airport V2" GRF, I append a screenshot, which shows the path.

Some screens from my attempt at a scenario, called Trondek.:
Welcome to Wrinburgh Market, the main hub of my network. It's connected to a number of lines, the most prominent of which is the Trundor Pass Line, to the South-West.

Trundor Pass gets its name from this little town. There are quite a few coal mines and forests in the surrounding mountains, all being served by trucks that bring the coal and wood down into the town.

At the end of the line is the second-most important hub of my network, called Treminster. It's quite busy, and space is very scarce due to the location between a fjord and the mountains.

Here ends this shameless plug of my scenario, there's loads more to see, but best you play the map yourself. :D

I like how you use bridges, it's not often you see a bridge crossing both sea and a track or similar.
