True. I didn't think that was particularly interesting/troublesome/etc., but it does happen.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

I sure bet DaleStan is the type of person who would go crazy about archieving a certain number of posts in an online forum.

Tried to do some pixel-tweaking in Paint on the font. Left is old, right is new. Some characters are a bit 'noisy' IMO in the current font. Don't know (yet :p) how to change the font though, made this picture a few months ago but didn't get to pick it up again. Lot's of home improvement to do so little time in the next few months as well so I thought I'd share...

I like old "a" more, but your "X" looks much better. And I don't see any difference with other letters :)

Please check again with a nightly, I know, there was once a update with fonts, maybe your part is already fixed?

I believe it was the latest alpha (5?) but will check it. I'm not happy with the 'a' either, but it's just as bad as the old one ;). The whitespace is a pixel bigger since I was to lazy to re-align the characters after making the character one pixel smaller.

Nice work :-) One thing though bugs me with the wagons: they all seem to miss the wheels :-)

The default graphics don't show wheels, I'll try making them have wheels, we can use them for maglev/monorail.
Which angles should you be able to see the wheels from?

Good question. Certainly the side view and the oblique angles. Not sure about the vertical one. Maybe there are other opinions around :-)

I decided I don't like the OPENTTD letters in intro what I've made before, so expect some better ones posted here soon by me :)

It might be worth including some more letters: http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=44560

I was thinking of something conservative (which was why I didn't like the current ones with their grey highlight in the middle), so first draft is this. The colours are taken from already existing OpenTTD GUI window. Would something like this work?
