Yeah hilarious indeed, especially the part where one says "I thought you knew this Game?" after the other one discovered he build his station to far away from the powerplant and coal was doing pointless circles.

Amount of downloads is very hard to tell. Many will use their repository, which we cannot see. And download amounts always heavily fluctuate in general, so I cannot really make any claim one way or the other about the amount of downloads.

I agree Terkhen, it is not their learning the game I found hilarious but rather their comments that make it worth watching the vids. Somehow I was expecting a few My Little Ponys (TM) to turn up doing "diggy diggy hole"

Whatever, I prefer to fool myself thinking that I made a difference somehow as I do not have the means to donate at the moment myself (first feed my own kids).
Since I put up the link here the amount raised has risen with almost 1000 pounds.

Well, remember that playing OTTD was not their only 'fundraiser'
They're doing several different things in the run up to christmas

Besides, the Yogscast have around 1.3 million subscribers, so even without any large number of fundraiser related videos, they probably would've got to their target in a fairly fast fashion
