Usually when people don't post any license information, they either stole the image from somewhere else, or they simply forgot. Can't do much if you can't ask them anymore...
I know now that when you can download something i will look if there is a license or i can contact the author.
But for now i will be much more careful now now i know i could get into trouble.
I will look many times before i use something that is put on the Internet.

1. Don't use graphics without permission, it is illegal and you could (though it is very unlikely) get sued or similar.
2. Don't trace, copy/paste chunks, resize and use as a basis for your graphics - these are no better than copying the whole thing.
3. Always ask to ask if you can use the images, many many people will say yes
I will be much more careful next time... I have learned my lesson...
And now back to Funfairs.
FooBar, what are the settings for the gaussian noise you used on my Stalls? I can't reproduce it...
UPDATE: I'm drawing sidepaths but i don't know if they are needed in my set...
Your opinions!
