NewGRF FIRS Industry Replacement Set 0.6.4

Has anyone else notice that when you use basecost mod that it never has any effect on the FIRS Industry Replacement Set 0.6.4 . it works the first time but after that no matter what you set the basecost mod it never has any in packed on it. I tried doing it the first time which was fine and then after that it started to cause problems as u can never really get the settings to change in-game it self. It shows in the NewGRF area that it has understood what you asked but thats it. Also i started to notice that it takes it self off time to time in the NewGRF area as well. Please note as i was typing this i found another error that if it above the basecost mod it goes to the lowest it can cost i.e. £83,000 but if it is below the basecost mod it stays at it's normal (at least i think thats the normal rate it cost) the cost is 96 mil and i mean for the Bauxite factory. Also it effects every think else that you have set up in the basecost mode as well not just the industry.

I'm not sure I quite understand: What do you mean with "it works the first time"? The first time of what?

I mean when you plug the FIRS Industry Replacement Set 0.6.4 the first time in the actual spot to make it active in the NewGRF area it works but after that it doesn't work and screw's every think else up.

Changes in the main menu are not reflected in any savegames. This holds for changes to the newgrf config, but also for difficulty settings and advanced settings.
