Post the game, then we can see what is wrong, and whether 1.0 needs fixing, or whether the game can be restored.

Looks like you've got one of those really ancient savegames that got some "shared order" corruption many many versions ago.
Attached is a version that might work correctly; I've removed the invalid "shared order" reference. I won't give a guarantee though as there might be a few vehicles with completely broken orders, or orders that causes crashes. This might happen especially when they get changed.

I´ve the same problem now with an older savegame from 0.7.3

Curiously if i load an much older (which is of course ancient) backup savegame it loads without any problem.

I hope someone can help to fix this, ´caus i worked over months on this and don´t want to loose it.

Thankyou very much!

Don't ignore red warning boxes and don't confirm them with "Yes, I know what I do". You removed newgrfs from the running game:
Tick 8302: GRF config changed
Removed NewGRF: 27711002, filename: 2cc_trainset.1.0.1/2cctrainset.grf
Thus your game is lost. Learn from it. The warning message had been there for a reason.

I don´t remember a red warning box...

I still have the old version of ottd... is it possible to add this lost newgrfs to the savegame again?

Don't ever change NewGRF on a running game, if you don't know what you do (and you obviously don't). Every time you do so, you got that warning message. You did change NewGRF in that particular game more than a dozen times, so you have acknowledged this message at least as often.

Try whether adding the same newgrf again will help. Maybe it is also the generic trams which alone you added and removed a dozen times alone. No guarantees given whatsoever.

Sorry for sounding rude, but read the messages. Read the wiki on changing NewGRFs, too: http://wiki.openttd.org/Newgrf
Choose your newgrf BEFORE creating the map and then stick with them. Also don't upgrade NewGRFs to a new version. That can have the same effects.
