Vehicle classes for NoAI?

NoAI authors, please have a look at andy's proposal for vehicle classes and the related discussion: http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?f=68&t=47247 As I see it, it could mainly be means to help AIs decide on the use of vehicles / trains / ships / planes. Your input and ideas in that direction would be very valuable.
