cant play online

for some reason i cant play online.. i get to the part where it registers and couple of seconds late it says connection lost but i have full reception bars on the quickest network.. how do i fix this

Post a screenshot and also check that your firewall is not blocking the game

Perhaps it's not you, it's the server?

I'm not sure why it's not working. Try turning your firewall right off. Sometimes even if you have everything allowed it still won't let you go through unless it's off.

I do not recommend turning your firewall off under any circumstances. If you need to turn it off completely, then its time to find a new firewall.
